Le Bron teaming up with Wade? Bosh? AHH COMON! Thats sh*ty!
..It just made him, what everyone thinks actually a coward. He lost the respect of so many. Yeah even if you get your own ring, it doesn't make you someone worth praising. You forgot what this is all about. Its about being the best, being vulnerable and yet achieving your dream. Its good enough for me if you went to some team without somebody, a team that could actually look up to you and deliver. Not with Wade. You're not a tier 2 player James, YOU'RE THE MVP FOR GOD'S SAKE!
Debate is still on, why the hell did you do that? Garnett went for it because he's getting old and chances for him to do it alone are slim. Him, like you James, were, well, lets say treated badly in your respected teams, but nothing compared to what Garnett went through.
You're young dude. You could've given Kobe a run for the 'Glory" title. The hall of fame kind of thing. well yeah! you're in it no doubt, but you could never be remembered as MJ. You just handed that to Kobe. "The next Jordan, the next Magic, the next Bird."

how long can you hold on?

Playoffs has started and many favored teams are already breaking away with the exemption of the texas teams still pushing themselves for dominant positions (Dallas & San Antonio), other teams are pulling away making a statement that they are indeed in that top seeded ranlings.
Well Im going to discuss about Boston's Campaign. They managed to get that comfortable 2-0 lead over Miami. Though typical for C's to be dominant here with the bad match ups and all, Dwayne Wade is still one of the best players in the NBA and underestimating Miami would be a sin. He may not have Shaq anymore but I bet you, he will still give a Boston a headache making it difficult for the aging Boston line up.
As much as I favor the Celtics, it wouldn't be long, in my opinion, that they will falter and hit a wall they cant climb. There would be 2 obstacle: Mount Magic (Orlando) and Mount King (Lebron and the Cavs). Oh boy are they in trouble once they meet one of these teams. I lost the confidence with KG's platoon when they struggled to gel. It is a very different team that won the Ring back in 08 and nobody is afraid of them anymore. The hype has faded and the boastful defense that Coach Rivers used to claim has now become typical..average. Im kinda disappointed with my main man Rasheed Wallace, maybe its the age. Im hoping they could pull it off but I really dont see it happening. James' year is now and I would immaturely flip flop to Cavs this year. I like their roster this year, mainly on Parker and then Shaq.
Prove me wrong Ainge! Find thatpot of gold.

BOOston?

“We were a totally different team today. We came in with a lot more energy.” - Kevin Garnett after the win over Detroit.
It has been a very difficult month for the Boston Celtics. They have been struggling from the past few games and recently was unappreciated by their home team. They recently acquired new faces for the team like Nate Robinson and Mike Finley. In my opinion, these kinds of insertions hurts the team especially when synchronizing is a major upset on team building. It takes months of practice to get the team together, and unlike when they had the championship team back 2 years ago where they actually had practiced during summer and never really broke the core of the team. And then there is the most upsetting part...injuries. The team have been stricken by numerous injuries both from their main guy. Garnett and Peirce. It is a different team now unlike before where they have key players to fill the gap due to injuries. Im talking about James Posey and Leon Powe. This 2 guys were key in attaining that Championship Trophy. But for some reason they are not with the team anymore. Bussiness. Its not that I undermine Rasheed Wallace, but c'mon the guy is getting old and there ain't anyone really to replace Posey and Pwoe in the line up. Big Baby Davis is just different from what the other 2 guys has to offer and the rest is just not yet deemed worthy for Coach Rivers to give them minutes.
Nate Robinson is ok, but you have rondo already to get things going, I still would prefer House for that 3's which most of the time bail the team out. Yeah you have Allen, but he is marked. Rondo can do the slash pass thing and can even finish it the way Nate could. Mike Finley like Wallace is not in their prime anymore. They would always be respected on the court but it will never be the same D that Championship Form Boston boasted about.
So what happens next? I say keep the focus on getting that ring again. Focus on the D that made them Champs. Focus on the match ups, because right now, its freakin hard to find someone to guard Kobe, James or even Melo. Specially now you dont have those key people who can help you relieve with the match up assignments.

..on kobe's maturity..

“I’ve definitely seen the growth,” -Derek Fisher
He got 4 rings now. 2 more and get even with MJ. So how has he mature over the years?
Well, big time! I used to criticize him that he wont get any Ring alone. He's a selfish arrogant dude back in the days when Shaq left him in LA. They had their feud on who has to be the go to guy. Both of them were young and stupid. They got their ring because they were too lucky at that time against the rest of the league, by God! They had all the luck in the world during that time. The lucky 3 by Horry against the Kings, the tip ups and grabble versus the portland's pippen, rasheed, smith... hey cmon they had luck. No one was dominant at that time. And then they fell apart, they didn't gel well, they had their own agenda. No maturity. So Kobe has to prove himself and the rest of the League that he can. He almost wanted out of the team (Lakers) until Mr ZEN (Phil Jackson) himself knock the sense out of him. Probably the same relationship Mr. Jackson had with MJ, only this time He is mentoring a far more immature player, a younger student. So what does Kobe get out of it? A RING BABY! A ring earned outside everybody's shadow.
So now he is up to the challenge on making this team like the team MJ led for 6 championships. Leadership, team focused, and.. UNSELFISHNESS. Recently there is an argument on Pau Gasol's statement about Kobe's shooting spree.. and guess how Kobe reacted? ZIP! He has truly matured now. Ordinarily players will state their mind over it, but Kobe learned the hard way that sometimes its better to keep your mouth shut, this isn't about you anymore, its about the team and how it will affect the team's morale and thirst for another push in the finals. He learned that you can always confront the issues professionally rather than personally, its always a win win concept especially if your thinking about the team and not your own personal agendas.
And this was proven when He shrugged of the Shaq rap after loosing to Boston in the Finals prior to their championship win. It made sense and it made him a better man than Shaq.
So speaking about Shaq, he's with another dude so hungry for a ring..Lebron. Could Lebron learn things from how Kobe is doing right now? Or would they just dominate this series for having a strong dominant center and a strong dominant small forward/slasher/shooter that both offers a mismatch anywhere around the league.
